Assistant Director/Coach

Stacey Boomer

Stacey had the idea to start the Idaho Rebels to give more kids the opportunity to play basketball, but more importantly learn the valuable lessons that come from playing on a positive team. She has coached at the youth level for years, and is passionate about helping kids learn and grow through sports. Stacey grew up playing sports and is known to get in and play with the team at practice to show them how real basketball is played!

When not involved in Rebels shenanigans, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, doing copious amounts of laundry, and supporting her husband's wrestling team in the area. In her spare time, she co-owns an apparel company and can be found supporting the youth in any event in the area. Stacey is an official licensed USA Youth Development Basketball-Gold Coach and AAU Certified coach, and assists with the 17u Rebels teams.

Billie Ann (BA) joins the Idaho Rebels as an Idaho basketball legend! She still holds state records for 3 pointers in the Idaho State basketball tournament, and knows the game better than she lets you think she does! We are lucky to have her join our Rebels family to help teach and instruct our players the right way and build fundamentally sound athletes. Billie Ann works for the Grace School District, runs her family salt business, and helps her husband on the farm...all while raising a great family.

Coach Straatman is an official licensed USA Youth Development Basketball-Gold Coach and AAU Certified coach, and works with our 15u teams. In her spare time, she also runs the youth recreation in Grace.
